We will protect our systems and your account from unauthorized access.

If after a reasonable period (typically up to 7 years), we no longer need to hold your personal information, it may be deleted or destroyed.

When determining the retention period for personal information, we will consider the following factors: the quantity, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information; the potential risk of harm to you if an information security incident occurs; whether we need such personal information to achieve the intended purpose, or whether such purpose can be achieved through other means (such as using aggregated information); and any applicable legal requirements (such as minimum retention periods for accounting records).
